最新钛及钛合金AMS标准(二)

AMS标准被誉为航空航天材料领域的“全球性标准”,适用于全球范围内航空飞行器零件、系统的设计和生产以及政府采购,也是可供我国航空材料研制、生产和使用参照的重要材料标准。小编对2019.1~2020.9期间已经过复审确认或修订的现行的与钛及钛合金材料、质量控制、工艺等相关的AMS标准进行了整理汇总,以便读者在工作中及时更新查询。

1.AMS7014-2019  Titanium Alloy, High Temperature Applications, Powder for Additive Manufacturing, Ti-6.0Al-2.0Sn-4.0Zr-2.0Mo

增材制造用Ti-6.0Al-2.0Sn-4.0Zr-2.0Mo高温钛合金粉末

This specification covers a heat-resistant titanium alloy in the form of pre-alloyed powder.

2.AMS7004-2019 Titanium Alloy Preforms from Plasma Arc Directed Energy Deposition Additive Manufacturing on Substrate Ti-6Al-4V Stress Relieved

等离子弧定向能量沉积增材制造成形Ti-6Al-4V合金预成形体(去应力态)

This specification covers preforms fabricated up through 5.5 inches (140 mm) inclusive in deposition width thickness(see 8.2.5) using a Plasma Arc Directed Energy Deposition(PA-DED) additive manufacturing process on a Ti-6Al-4V substrate that are subjected to post-deposition stress relief heat treatment.This is a wire fed additive manufacturing process. If required by the CEO,preforms may require subsequent machining to meet requirements for their intended final part application.

3.AMS4919J-2019  Titanium Alloy Sheet, Strip, and Plate 6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo-0.08Si Duplex Annealed

5.AMS6907C-2020 Titanium Alloy Bars, Forgings, and Forging Stock 6.0Al-2.0Sn-4.0Zr-6.0Mo Duplex Annealed

This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of bars, forgings up through 4.000 inches(101.60 mm), inclusive in nominal diameter or least distance between parallel sides and 32 square inches (206.46 cm2) maximum cross sectional area, and stock for forging of any size.

11.AMS4931G-2019  Titanium Alloy Bars, Forgings, and Rings 6Al-4V Extra Low Interstitial(ELI) Duplex Annealed, Fracture Toughness

This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of bars 6.000 inches (152.40 mm) and under in nominal diameter or least distance between parallel sides, forgings and flash welded rings 6.000 inches (152.40 mm) and under in thickness, and stock for forging and stock for flash welded rings of any size.

12.AMS6935C-2019 Titanium Alloy Bars, Forgings and Forging Stock 6.0Al–6.0V–2.0Sn Solution Heat Treated and Aged
